This 1991 Ford Mustang GT is powered by a 302ci V8 linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a Traction-Lok rear axle and is finished in Black Clearcoat over black cloth. It was acquired by the seller on BaT in August 2024, and work since then involved changing the oil, installing ceramic window tint film, and replacing the battery and air conditioning compressor. The car rides on 16″ Pony alloy wheels as well as Eibach Pro-System lower springs and tuned dampers, and it is further equipped with SVE subframe connectors, a Steeda Tri-Ax shifter and front strut tower brace, fog lights, and a rear hatch spoiler in addition to front sport seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and a cassette stereo with a graphic equalizer. This Fox-body Mustang GT is now offered at no reserve with service records, spare parts, a car cover, a Carfax report, and a Texas title.
The car is finished in Black Clearcoat (UA) and features fog lights, GT-specific bodywork, a fixed antenna, and a rear hatch spoiler. Ceramic window tint has been applied under current ownership. There are paint blemishes on the hood and front bumper, and the driver’s door weatherstripping is torn. A September 1994 Carfax entry lists damage to the rear of the vehicle. The seller notes that the front bumper cover has been repainted and possibly some of the side.
The 16″ Pony alloy wheels are wrapped with 245/50 Kumho Ecsta AST tires. The car rides on Eibach Pro-System lowering springs with tuned dampers, and SVE subframe connectors have been fitted. The bearings were greased, and the front brake pads and rotors were replaced under previous ownership.
The articulated front sport seats are trimmed in black cloth, and color-matching material extends to the rear bench. A Steeda Tri-Ax shifter has been installed, and appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, an aftermarket security system, power windows and locks, and a cassette stereo with a graphic equalizer. A hole is noted in the rear seat cover.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a replacement instrument cluster that houses a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,800-rpm redline alongside gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 47k miles, approximately 5k of which have been added under current ownership. The Carfax report notes a potential odometer rollover in July 2008 and a mileage inconsistency in October 2014. Total mileage is unknown.
The 302ci V8 was factory rated at 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, and a Steeda three-point strut tower brace spans the engine compartment. Service under current ownership included changing the oil and replacing the battery and air conditioning compressor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a Traction-Lok rear axle. The exhaust system is equipped with aftermarket mufflers.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage report, potential odometer rollover, and mileage inconsistency entries.
There is currently a lien on the vehicle, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.
